How does it work?
As soon as you connect your email and CRM account to Thrive, our artificial intelligence scans through your existing conversations and looks for a match in your CRM database. This happens once an hour.
If we detect that a certain conversation could be a potential new lead/contact, we will send you a notification asking you if you want us to create a new contact for this lead in Salesforce.
