No, Thrive does not send emails, we only sync emails with contacts who are registered in your CRM. i.e. if a customer emails you, Thrive will automatically import that conversation into your CRM, and update any contact details you may have missed when the customer was first added.
Additionally, our Artificial intelligence can automatically create new Salesforce contacts for you if it detects that a certain contact could be a potential new lead. You can read more about this here.
