If you use another solution, like Salesforce for Outlook, Lightning for Outlook or Salesforce Inbox, you can still use Thrive.
To prevent emails from being synced twice you have two options:
- Disconnect the other solution, at least temporarily, so you can see what Thrive is doing for you and its full potential. You can still use the open tracking features from Salesforce Inbox while letting Thrive take care of the syncing of emails and contacts.
- Bcc email@example.com for the emails you are manually syncing with the other solution. Those won’t automatically be synced.
